To highlight and normalize women's roles in the construction industry. The week is focused on industry events, community outreach and highlighting the amazing construction industry leaders we have in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties.

We welcome everyone who is interested in learning more about the industry, NAWIC, and meeting construction industry professionals (architects, general contractors, owners, developers, insurance representatives, and everyone in between).
