Picture this: a six-story, 225-key, 288,000-square-foot hotel with a stunning ballroom, conference spaces to impress, a service kitchen that will blow your mind, a delectable restaurant, and a whopping 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space on Concord Street. But wait, there's more! You'll also find a chic rooftop lounge, a luxurious elevated pool, and a magnificent sea-wall, all providing breathtaking views of the harbor and downtown skyline.
