June Meeting - Reducing Building Defects

Speakers Timothy Schap and Allison Brown present "Reducing Building Defects", a good horror story presentation covering:

• Identifying/handling construction defects earlier rather than later

• Proper documentation once a problem is identified, what to look for, etc.

• Both construction-phase and post-construction red flags.

• The importance of not only construction issues, but the hiring and on-boarding process for staff that will be at the front line dealing with these issues (PM's, facility/property managers, etc.).

We will also be voting for our 2019-2020 Board of Directors at this meeting!
