Join us for this no bull Self Defense Seminar. This is serious stuff in a non-intimidating and supportive atmosphere. Expect good exercise, but you don't need to be fit to participate.
Malachy Friedman is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the legendary Master Ricardo Liborio of American Top Team (ATT) and Carlson Gracie lineage. He is adept in multiple fight disciplines including MMA, boxing, kickbboxing and wrestling. Malachy trained since 2001, spending 8 years at ATT headquarters in Coconut Creek, FL considered to be the #1 MMA training camp in the country and one of the only teams capable of putting out world champions.
