Doreen Bartoldus is a Water Wastewater Construction Management Leader at Jacobs. She has over 45 years of professional experience as a civil/environmental engineer and construction manager. She has been involved in complex, multi-phase, multi-prime construction contracts ranging from $1million to $1.4 billion. Her expertise includes management of multi-prime, billion-dollar construction projects spanning from water distribution and treatment facilities and pumping stantions to tunnels, community recreation facilities, and highways.
Bartoldus holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University (now Tandem School Of Engineering) and a MBA in Sustainable Business from Green Mountain College. She is a registered Professional Engineer in New York, a Certified Construction Manager, a LEED Green Associate, and an Envision Sustainability Professional. Bartoldus is also an adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute, teaching Project Controls to CM Masters students.
Ms. Bartoldus has served on the CMAA Metro NY/NJ Board of Directors, has served as on Local boards and committees for NAWIC, and nationally for NAWIC as Northeast Regional Director 2016-2018, National Treasurer for 2018-2019 And now President 2021-2022.
Stephany Connelly is the Director Of Strategic Partnerships at Covenant Holdings, LLC (Covenant Solar and Roofing) based out of Raleigh, NC. Prior to her work at Covenant, Stephany was the Director of Business Development at ActOne Group. She received her B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech in 2001 and has been an active member of NAWIC's South Atlantic Region, stepping into the role of Director for the 2021/2022 term. Stephany believes in reviving the passion we all feel for NAWIC and it's mission of advocating for women in the construction industry.
