We believe, in order to ensure the future of our chapter for years to come, it is important for us to have solid core values specific to our chapter and our members. Knowing that these values will help drive decision making for future boards and committees, we wanted to operationalize them by adding key behaviors we expect related to each value.

 

Every NAWIC chapter is unique, and we are all committed to the NAWIC Core Purpose. These values and behaviors are what the Palmetto Chapter embodies and what we believe allows us to properly address the issues and obstacles specific to women in our industry in the Lowcountry.
