Palmetto's Core Values
We believe, in order to ensure success for our chapter in the years to come, it is important to build this chapter on a solid foundation - on core values specific to our our members, our community, and our vision. Knowing that these values will help drive decision making for future Boards and Committees, we wanted to operationalize them by adding key behaviors we expect as they relate to each Core Value.
Every NAWIC chapter is unique, and we are all committed to the NAWIC Core Purpose. These Core Values and behaviors are what the Palmetto Chapter embodies, and what we believe allows us to address the issues and obstacles specific to our community and industry in the Lowcountry. We established these Core Values in our first year, and continue to uphold and build our community based on these principals.
